Money Frame

LOL The title comes from the filter used :-)

For this tutorial you will need a graphic.

I used PSPx, but this will also work in 8 and above with little change

Paint Shop Pro X, you can get Here.

Also needed is DC Special which you can get Here.

Download all the folders, we will be using more than one of them :-)

Optional is FM Tile Tools which you can get Here.

The 2 graphics and font I used you can get Here.

Unzip DC Special to your plugins folder before opening PSP.

Open your chosen graphic in PSP. Shift+D to duplicate, then close the original.

Pick a light color from your graphic for the Foreground, and a darker color for your Background.

Selections-Select All.

Selections-Float.

Effects-3d-Cutout with these settings.

Image-Add Borders, 3px, symetrical, Background color.

Image-Add Borders, 3px, Foreground color.

Image-Add Borders, 3px, Background color.

Image-Add Borders, 10px, Foreground color.

With your Magic Wand, Tolerance and Feather at 0, pick the 10px border.

Effects-DC Special-Rain4 with these settings.

The examples you are seeing made the tag at the bottom of the page here.

Selections-Select None.

Image-Add Borders, 3px, Background color.

Image-Add Borders, 3px, Foreground color.

Image-Add Borders, 3px, Background color.

Image-Add Borders, 30px Foreground color.

With your Magic Wand, Tolerance and Feather at 0, pick the 30px border.

Effects-DC Special-Money with these settings, or play with the numbers :-)

Change the colors to your Foreground and Background colors

Optional, while still selected, Effects-FM Tile Tools-Blend Emboss at the Default settings.

Still selected, Effects-3d-Inner Bevel with these settings.

Image-Add Borders, 3px, symetrical, Background color.

Image-Add Borders, 3px, Foreground color.

Image-Add Borders, 3px, Background color.

Image-Add Borders, 10px, Foreground color.

With your Magic Wand, Tolerance and Feather at 0, pick the 10px border.

Effects-DC Special-Rain4 with these settings.

Selections-Select None.

Image-Add Borders, 3px, Background color.

Image-Add Borders, 3px, Foreground color.

Image-Add Borders, 3px, Background color.

Add text if you desire.

Voila!!

You're Done!!
