This is the screened room I built to begin the back patio.

Taken about 4 years ago, when the hot tub was on a lower level, now it is on a level even with the screened in porch.

Here you can see how the screened in porch blends into the existing home.

You can see here how the patio has gone up and grown much larger. It goes around the end of the house and up the side to the front. Loads of room for plants and sitting areas, not to mention the hot tub!
